Intermediate First Aid (previously called Standard First Aid) is the most commonly required training course in the workplace. In addition to CPR, this course offers valuable information and skills to a first aider so that you will be effective until EMS arrives.

Blended Learning First Aid CPR/ AED Level C
Intermediate First Aid Cost: $50 – Theory Portion and $100 – Practical Portion
Basic First Aid Cost: $50 – Theory portion and $65 – Practical Portion

This course is a convenient blended version of First Aid. Complete Part 1 online. Part 2 consists of 1 day in-class skills component. Equivalent to the traditional Standard First Aid two-day course offering first aid and cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) skills for those who need training due to work requirements or who want more knowledge to respond to emergencies at home.
Course meets legislation requirements for provincial/territorial worker safety and insurance boards and includes the latest first aid and CPR guidelines.
Length of course:
Part 1 – 6-8 hours online learning (Online time commitment may vary by learner)
Part 2 – 7 hours in-class practical component

Health Care Provider CPR
Equivalent to the Heart & Stroke Foundation of Canada, the Health Care Provider CPR course is recommended for those who work or study as healthcare providers (ie: Dentistry, Chiropractic, Rehabilitation, Assisted Living etc.). This program follows the 2020 guidelines.
Cost : $85 / per person – Group Bookings (minimum 8)
Renewal Option available with Valid HCP certificate : Cost $70 /person – Group Booking (minimum 8)
